應用實例
圖片為成年小鼠肺組織用抗N-末端proSP-C兔血清（1:3000稀釋）染色。ProSP-C通過DAB（黑色）進行可視化，并用Nuclear Fast Red（粉紅色）進行復染。放大倍數40倍。
